Before Office
• Wake up at 5 am
• Reflect on the week or day on the bed till 6 am
• Pray to God till 6:30 am
• Get dressed, take breakfast & ready 7:30 am
• Get to work at about 8:30 am
In the Office
• Check and reply mails
• Review session at 9 am (on Mondays)
• Attend some (not all) meetings
• Read newspapers & other materials
• Monday is usually spent attending to appointments with and meeting people.
• Tuesday is usually meeting of specific clients
• Wednesday is also usually meeting of specific clients
• Thursday is a day for new business (plan & review of presentation for clients)
After office

Paragraph 3. Round off the letter. Draw attention to your attached Resume and you say that you are looking forward to hearing from them.
